Return Policy

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS:
      NEW Condition:  May be returned for any reason, with receipt, up to 90 days from date of purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit.
      WORN/USED:  
           Footwear:  May be returned for any reason, with receipt, up to 30 days from date of purchase for STORE CREDIT only.  (e.g. customer returns because the shoes are not comfortable or haven’t held up as well as expected.)
           Clothing:  Worn clothing without manufacturers defect, are NON-returnable.

SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
      NEW Condition:
May be returned for any reason, with receipt, up to 30 days from date of purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit.
     WORN/USED (not defective):
Footwear:  NON-returnable
Clothing:    NON-returnable

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
           Limited one year warranty from date of purchase
                Footwear: Products with obvious manufacturer’s defects may be returned, with receipt, up to 1 year from date of purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit. Obvious manufacturer’s defects include, but are not limited to, squeaky shoes, torn stitching, broken buckles, split soles, broken laces/eyelets, etc.
                Clothing: Products with obvious manufacturer’s defects may be returned, with receipt, up to 1 year from date of purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit. Obvious manufacturer’s defects include, but are not limited to, dysfunctional zippers, abnormal shrinkage, torn stitching, etc.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
      NEW Condition (not worn, with original tags):*
One time price adjustment within 30 days of original receipt, for refund or store credit.  Receipt required.
     WORN/USED:*
One time price adjustment, within 7 days of original receipt, for store credit only.  Receipt required.

*Item must be presented at time of adjustment.
